Using your VVHF radio in Canada requires an FCC issued radio license. Maybe you have a license issued from BoatUS. If so, you need this FCC issued license.

You need to first apply for an FRN (FCC Registration Number) on the above link (if you don't already have an FRN) and proceed from there. You pay their fee and get the license online and can print it.
