Join us for an engaging and story-filled evening as the crew and skippers of the BWSC Atlantic Canada Cruise bring this remarkable adventure to life.
Through photos, firsthand insights, and plenty of good humor, they’ll share what it was really like cruising the rugged South Coast of Newfoundland, exploring St. Pierre & Miquelon, and making the memorable journey home.
This presentation covers the second half of the BWSC Atlantic Canada Cruise. In 2024, the fleet sailed from Boothbay Harbor up the East Coast of Nova Scotia, with boats wintering in Baddeck, NS. In June 2025, the adventure resumed—launching into a voyage filled with unforgettable scenery, unexpected challenges, and wonderful discoveries.
Expect stories of smooth passages and memorable mishaps, along with stunning photos from the trip. Highlights include extraordinary hiking, dramatic waterfalls, and visits to distinctive coastal towns—each with its own character and charm. There will be plenty of time for questions, discussion, and shared cruising wisdom.
After the presentation, we invite you to stay and socialize at an optional potluck dinner. It’s a great opportunity to connect with fellow members, swap cruising stories, and enjoy a relaxed evening together. If you indicate that you’ll attend the potluck when registering, you’ll be contacted ahead of time with details on what to bring.
Whether you’re an experienced cruiser, dreaming of future adventures, or simply enjoy great stories and good company, this promises to be an evening not to miss.
